We have an opportunity for Safety Manager role for Mettur location. Looking for candidates with 15 - 20 years of experience.

Qualification :B.E/B.Tech with Diploma in Industrial Safety from RLI or M.E/M.Tech – Industrial Safety

Job Location :Mettur

Required Key Skills:
- Sound Knowledge and working experience in Process Safety Management (PSM) systems
- Knowledge and experience in Occupational Health and Safety Management system
- Familiar with Indian EHS regulatory frameworks and drive continual improvement.
- Familiar with Safety Standards and guidelines such as BIS, ISO , NFPA and OSHA Standards.
- Experience in incident/near-miss investigation and root cause analysis.




- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Valuable understanding and implementation experience in Work Permit Systems.
- Experience in internal safety audits HSE performance evaluation .
- Knowledge and experience in emergency response planning, firefighting system Operation, maintenance, and inspections.
- Able to train and engage stakeholders at all levels on safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
