Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking Operations

Job Purpose: The role entails co-ordination with Client, Business, CAD team and other banks to ensure smooth processing of disbursals, documentation follow up, covenant monitoring & closure and Security collateral perfection pertaining to Wholesale banking customers. The role ensures all requirements are completed within the bank’s policy framework and at the same time ensure to provide solutions keeping customer requirements. It is expected that the cases are closed within timelines and minimize the role of Relationship Manager. The role helps to improvise quality and provide more clarity and guidance to customers for closing the request swiftly.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
ROC Charge creation Co-ordinate and follow up with client for pending documents, track ROC/CHG-1 status with Vendor, ensure completeness, and submit final set to CAD
Security creation & perfection - Coordinate with lender back-offices to obtain pari-passu letters,



track status across banks, validate details, and upload to system
Resolve CAD and legal queries on the TSR and valuation documents with clients and other bank RMs- Coordinate with valuers/clients for corrected TSR, compile revised reports, and resubmit to CAD/Legal
Collect mortgage documents from other bankers or security trustees, Resolve CAD and legal queries - Coordinate collection of physical/scanned mortgage documents, maintain checklist, verify completeness as per CAD/Legal requirements
Coordinate and finalize mortgage/other security documents - Manage end-to-end execution logistics (printing, stamping, witnessing), scan executed documents, guide client on execution requirements (stamping, signatories, annexures).
