Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Lead end-to-end project delivery while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure successful execution across cross-functional teams.
● Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
● Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.




● Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
● Coordinate with engineering, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and product teams to ensure seamless project execution.
● Manage resource planning, team allocation, workload balancing, and capacity forecasting.
● Track project KPIs, delivery metrics, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
● Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining transparent communication and resolving delivery-related issues promptly.
● Establish and improve delivery processes, governance, and quality standards.
● Mentor project managers, team leads, and delivery teams to promote continuous improvement and skilled growth.
● Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, project planning, and solution discussions when required.
