Job will involve realisation of recent products of Composite materials using the manufacturing process in composites. Tool design and design of necessary jigs, fixtures and templates will be part of job.
Candidate to have prior knowledge of materials and process used in composites manufacturing
Estimation for new products also a part of the job. Interacting with vendors required to realise the product, obtain material offers and technical details.
Understanding the curing details of composites needed for troubleshooting existing cure cycle or arriving at new cure cycles for unknown resins.
Knowledge in Testing and inspection of products needed.
