Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end relationships with key enterprise clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for successful event delivery.




Ensure smooth execution of virtual, hybrid, and onsite events.
Conduct regular client meetings, project reviews, and post-event feedback sessions.
Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Event Tech solutions.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Technical teams to resolve client queries.
Prepare project timelines, status reports, and account health reports.
Ensure SLA adherence and deliver an exceptional client experience.
