Job Title: Assistant Project Manager – IBMS (Data Center Projects)

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a candidate experience in IBMS with hands-on experience in
executing Data Center projects. The candidate should have robust expertise in
IBMS, CFS, CCTV, and Access Control Systems (ACS), with exposure to
installation, testing, commissioning,



and project execution activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Execute and coordinate IBMS and CFS projects for Data Center facilities.

* Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of:

* Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS)

* CCTV Systems

* Access Control Systems (ACS)

* Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems

* Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for
smooth project execution.

* Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance.

* Prepare technical documentation, testing reports, commissioning reports, and
handover documents.

* Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.

* Support site surveys, system integration, and customer acceptance testing
activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or
related Engineering discipline.
