Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter who can identify, attract, and hire top technology talent for our Gurgaon office. You'll play a key role in building high-performing technology teams by partnering with hiring managers, sourcing quality candidates,
and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of technical hiring, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment coordination — and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
✔ Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding
✔ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels
✔ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
✔ Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit
Stakeholder Management
✔ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities
✔ Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and int
