Role Purpose
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the sealant product portfolio relevant to construction, automotive, solar & electronics, OEMs, Government institutions etc.
Lead the development of new sealant products based on business needs, market demand, and technological advancements.
Innovate new concepts, products, and solutions by working with various business units across globe
Collaborate with external labs and research institutions for joint development
Adhere to existing ISO systems and bring in new systems for process improvement
Key Responsibilities
Product & Application Development

Develop and modify sealant formulations based on business needs, customer requirements, and application demands.
Drive adoption of new and evolving techniques, chemistries, and application areas, supported by ongoing research, innovation, and best work practices.
Conduct lab trials, validation studies, and performance evaluations across multiple product categories.




Collaborate closely with a dedicated Technical Services team to jointly develop, optimize, and validate application-specific solutions.
Troubleshoot formulation, application, and process-related issues, providing effective technical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and support customer trials, in coordination with Technical Services.
Gather market and field feedback through Technical Services/Marketing and translate it into actionable inputs for product improvement and recent development.
