In this role, you will be responsible for leading production operations and driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance. You will ensure productive manufacturing processes, strong team performance, continuous improvement, and adherence to Autoliv Production System (APS) standards while supporting customer and business objectives.
You will need to deliver a safe, productive, and quality-focused manufacturing environment while achieving performance targets and building a culture of continuous improvement.

Leading day-to-day production operations and ensuring achievement of production targets.
Ensuring production teams are appropriately resourced and working according to APS defined standard processes.
Driving Health & Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Delivery (PDD) performance targets.
Conducting daily production meetings and communicating production status, priorities, and critical issues.
Escalating risks and coordinating recovery actions to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Optimizing manufacturing and support processes to improve efficiency and performance.
Ensuring compliance with work instructions, quality systems, environmental requirements, and labor regulations.
Analyzing production and quality reports and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Leading productivity improvement and cost optimization projects across the manufacturing function.
Developing and executing annual operating plans aligned with business objectives.
