Role and Key Responsibilities:

Manage a personal pipeline of prospects from initial outreach through qualification.
Execute outbound prospecting strategies using phone, email, social media, and events.
Respond to inbound leads with urgency, conducting deeper qualification conversations.
Research accounts to understand key stakeholders, challenges, and buying signals.
Collaborate with account executives to develop account-specific entry strategies.
Schedule and participate in prospect meetings or demos, ensuring smooth handoffs.
Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health in the CRM.
Use AI-powered tools and market data to prioritize outreach and craft personalized messaging.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.




Share prospecting best practices with Associate Sales Development Representatives.

Key skills & knowledge:

(2+ years) experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.
Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing lead-to-opportunity conversion targets
Robust communication and discovery skills, with experience engaging prospects across multiple channels.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding prospecting or pipeline generation targets.
Ability to research accounts, uncover prospect needs, and tailor messaging accordingly.
A growing proficiency in applying AI and analytics to refine prospecting, improve conversion, and manage
pipeline health.
Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred) and sales engagement platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills to balance prospecting volume with quality.
Ability to collaborate effectively with account executives and marketing teams
