We are looking for a confident and proactive candidate who can handle:
Student counselling (phone, walk-in & follow-ups)
Explaining courses, colleges, fees, and admission process
Managing enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and CRM
Home counselling visits in nearby locations
School counselling sessions & presentations
Participation in marketing campaigns, seminars, and field promotion activities
Supporting admissions team with documentation and student coordination
Required Skills
Must speak Malayalam fluently
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Email, CRM entry)
No restrictions for travel (local field work involved)
Positive attitude, confident personality, and ability to work in a target-driven role
