Key Responsibilities
Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
Create architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.
Revise drawings based on client, architect, or engineer feedback.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts.
Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and company standards.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve design conflicts.
Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation from drawings.
Support construction teams by providing updated drawings during execution.

Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
Knowledge of construction drawings and drafting standards.




Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP concepts.
Familiarity with software such as Revit, SketchUp, Civil 3D, or MS Office is an advantage.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
AutoCAD certification is often preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
