Job Title: General Manager (Sales)

Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand

Qualification: MBA (Preferred) / Graduation

Experience: Minimum 8+ Years in Sales

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare sales reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Forecast sales, manage budgets, and drive overall business performance.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and team productivity.

Requirements:




MBA preferred; Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with leadership or managerial experience.
Solid leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced setting.
