CIMERO is hiring CRM / Dealer Support Executive for dealer calling, WhatsApp follow-up, retailer loyalty CRM and repeat order support.

Responsibilities
Call dealers and distributors
Send catalogue, schemes and product updates on WhatsApp
Manage retailer loyalty CRM data
Follow up for repeat orders
Record complaints and coordinate resolution
Maintain dealer database
Share daily calling report

Requirements
Solid Hindi communication required
Calling and follow-up experience required
Excel / CRM knowledge preferred
Polite, persistent and organized
