About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition and be comfortable with sourcing candidates, cold calling, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through portals like Naukri and other job platforms
Perform cold calling to potential candidates and build a strong pipeline
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Skills:




Hands-on experience with Naukri portal
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in cold calling and candidate engagement
Valuable organizational and coordination skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with robust communication can also apply)
Immediate joiners preferred
