Job Description
To act as a connecting link between the Team leader, junior physios and patients
To monitor the care delivered and provide necessary consults including Tele consults and home- based care
To lead, influence and motivate staff
To supervise junior members of staff, oversee their development including training and joint working
To facilitate better recovery for patients by providing goal-based care resulting in better outcomes
To supervise and setup protocols for junior physios and maintain records, progress reports and assessments of patients
To be involved in clinical decision making and goal settings for patients and monitor their progress at small intervals
To help further develop the clinical expertise to translate it into Research and publish research articles
