We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the entire spectrum of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and HR operations, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance
Plan and execute employee engagement and performance evaluation activities.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.




Prepare HR reports and assist management in strategic workforce planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field .
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management or similar roles.
Robust knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
