Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible installation engineer to install, configure, test, and support electronic/home appliance equipment at customer locations. The candidate should ensure proper installation, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Install and commission products/equipment at customer sites.
Conduct site inspection before installation when required.
Ensure proper functioning and testing after installation.
Explain product usage and basic maintenance to customers.
Attend service calls related to installation issues.
Coordinate with the service team and warehouse for materials and spare parts.
Maintain installation reports, job sheets, and customer acknowledgements.
Follow company safety procedures and technical guidelines.
Update installation status in CRM/software on a daily basis.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolution.
Maintain tools and equipment in proper condition.

Required Skills
Technical knowledge in installation and servicing.




Basic electrical and troubleshooting skills.
Valuable communication and customer handling ability.
Ability to work independently and travel locally.
Time management and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.

Qualification
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

Experience
6 months to 1 year of experience in the installation/service field preferred.
Experience in home appliances, electronics, or authorized service centers is an added advantage.

Working Conditions
Field work and customer site visits required.
Adaptable to travel within assigned locations.
