Role Overview

We're looking for a creative Content Creator who can shoot and edit engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

This isn't just an editing job- we're looking for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands social media trends, and can capture real moments creatively.

Responsibilities
Shoot and edit Instagram Reels and YouTube videos.
Capture office activities, meetings, site visits, and behind-the-scenes content.
Create documentary-style and candid content.
Repurpose long-form videos into Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.
Suggest creative content ideas and stay updated with social media trends.
Work closely with the founders to execute our content strategy.





What We're Looking For
Experience with videography and video editing.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
Creative mindset and solid storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Portfolio or previous work is mandatory.

Our Content Plan
3–4 Reels per week
1 YouTube video every 1–2 weeks
YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn content from existing footage
Founder branding, educational content, office culture, and behind-the-scenes storytelling

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
