Role Description

This is a full time position for a Telecaller based in Erode. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, address customer inquiries, and provide information about our clothing solutions.

Responsibilities




Maintaining accurate call records
Supporting follow-up activities to ensure high customer satisfaction
Strong communication and persuasive skills are essential to effectively present the services and products offered by TeesZone™.

Qualifications
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate solutions
Positive organizational and time management skills to achieve targets
Basic knowledge of telecommunication tools
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage
Positive attitude, persistence, and adaptability to customer feedback
Proficiency in local language(s) and English is preferred
Candidates from Erode district preferred

Pay: ₹9,542.42 - ₹30,958.79 per month
