Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company products and services effectively.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Sales.




Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Positive attitude with a target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
