Sunrise Computers India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation through outbound calling, client follow-ups, scheduling meetings, maintaining customer records, and assisting in the overall sales process. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams. Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and qualify leads.
Follow up with existing clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
Manage client communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/Excel reports.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.




Monitor sales activities and provide regular status updates.
Perform administrative tasks to support daily business operations.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Well-organized with solid multitasking and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
