Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering

TRANSWAYS Realty is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and cost functions for a township project.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Manage budgeting, tendering, billing and contract administration.
Verify contractor bills and monitor project costs.
Prepare MIS reports, cost forecasts and commercial dashboards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams.

Requirements:
10–18 years in real estate construction.
Solid knowledge of BOQs, billing, tendering, contracts and cost control.
Experience in township, residential or commercial projects.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, AutoCAD and ERP systems.
