We're looking for passionate and qualified German Language Trainers to join academic team and deliver engaging, high-impact language instruction across our Kalimpong and Guwahati centers.

Key Responsibilities

Language Instruction
Deliver structured German language training across levels A1 to B2
Use interactive, practical, and learner-centered teaching methodologies to keep students engaged

Curriculum & Content Development
Design and implement lesson plans, study materials, and assessments tailored to different proficiency levels
Contribute to curriculum enhancement and ongoing academic planning

Certification Preparation
Prepare students for international German language certifications (Goethe, TELC, TestDaF, etc.)
Build exam-readiness through targeted practice and mock assessments

Student Assessment & Progress Tracking
Conduct regular evaluations to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Maintain accurate attendance records, performance data, and training reports

Classroom & Virtual Session Management
Manage both in-person and virtual classrooms effectively




Foster an engaging, disciplined, and supportive learning workplace

What We're Looking For

Education: Graduate with B2 German Certification (minimum); C1 Certification preferred

Experience:
1–3 years of German language teaching experience (A1 to B2 levels)
Teaching or work experience in Germany is a robust added advantage

Skills & Competencies:
Robust command of spoken and written German
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective classroom management abilities, both in-person and virtual
Genuine passion for teaching and student development
Ability to design interactive, engaging lesson sessions

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
