Salary Range: ₹5 LPA to ₹8 LPA (Fixed)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Center Manager to oversee campus operations and manage student engagement initiatives, including Yoga, Wellness Centre activities, and Mindvalley Campus implementation. The role requires solid leadership, coordination, and program management skills to create a holistic learning and wellness setting on campus.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise overall campus operations and daily center activities.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor Yoga, wellness, and student well-being programs on campus.
Lead and ensure successful implementation and completion of the Mindvalley Campus initiative.
Coordinate with trainers, faculty, and external wellness experts for sessions and workshops.
Organize student development activities focusing on mental wellness, mindfulness, and personal growth.
Monitor participation, engagement, and effectiveness of wellness programs.




Maintain schedules, reports, and documentation related to campus activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of facilities related to wellness and training centers.
Work closely with management to enhance campus culture and student experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Education, Psychology, or related field.
Certification or exposure to Wellness, Yoga, Mindfulness, or Training Programs is preferred.

Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in campus management, training coordination, or program management.
Experience in handling student engagement or wellness initiatives is an advantage.

Compensation
- Salary Range: ₹5 LPA to ₹8 LPA (Fixed)
