Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the assigned database.
Introduce Firmway's products and solutions to potential clients.
Identify customer requirements and qualify leads based on business needs.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the Sales/Business Development team.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture leads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
Stay updated on Firmway's products, features, and industry trends.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Confident phone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Valuable listening and objection-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
6 months of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, ERP, Banking, or Software Sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
