Role: Inside Sales Development Representative

Department: Inside Sales

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift | Weekends Off)

Eligibility: B.Tech / BBA / MBA | Freshers welcome (Inside Sales training will be

provided).

Key Responsibilities

● Generate qualified leads through outbound calls (150–200 per day) and

emails.

● Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients.

● Identify potential business prospects and collaborate with the sales team

for further engagement

● Support pipeline development by ensuring accurate and updated lead

information in the CRM

● Meet weekly and monthly outreach and lead qualification targets

● Good proficiency in Excel (data tracking, analysis, reporting).

Preferred Skills

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to engage prospects and initiate meaningful conversations(Cold

calling).

● Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (training will be

provided)

● Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced

setting

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
