Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
Prepare and maintain daily work reports and progress reports.
Coordinate with labour, subcontractors, and project engineers.
Monitor quality of work and ensure safety standards are followed.
Record material usage and maintain site documentation.
Report project progress and issues to the management.
Assist in planning and execution of construction activities.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of construction and MS Excel/Word is an advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.
