Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing quotations, customer communications, order processing, and sales documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between customers, sales, production, and logistics teams while contributing to overall sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and customer inquiries.
Process sales orders and ensure timely execution in coordination with production and logistics.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and order status in CRM/ERP systems.
Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delivery schedules, and documentation.
Track sales orders from inquiry to dispatch and ensure timely completion.
Prepare sales MIS reports, dashboards, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and ensure smooth order execution.
Support the sales team in preparing presentations, tenders,



and commercial documentation.
Monitor pending orders, payment follow-ups, and customer requirements.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company sales processes.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, Customer Support, or Order Management Executive.
Experience in industrial products, engineering products, thermal solutions, HVAC, manufacturing, or B2B sales support is preferred.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM/ERP systems.
Knowledge of quotation preparation, order processing, and sales documentation.
Customer-focused with robust problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.
