Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and maintaining long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, lead generation, client acquisition, corporate sales, and account management. If you have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire current B2B clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Understand customer business needs and offer suitable solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, SaaS, IT, Telecom, Logistics, Fintech, Manufacturing, or Industrial Sales.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and close deals.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
