Role Overview

SISYA CLASS is hiring a high-impact Physics Master Teacher capable of delivering solid conceptual learning for students from Grades 6–10 (Foundation) and JEE/NEET aspirants. The role demands deep subject expertise, engaging teaching methods, and the ability to simplify complex physics concepts.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality Physics classes (online/offline)
Teach concept-based learning aligned with IIT/JEE & NEET foundation
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and test papers
Conduct doubt-solving sessions (live + 1:1 support)
Support students in building problem-solving and analytical skills
Track student performance and provide feedback
Participate in demo classes, workshops, and academic events
Collaborate with academic and product teams for content improvement

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Physics or related field




Minimum 2+ years teaching experience (JEE/NEET/Foundation preferred)
Robust command over Physics fundamentals and problem-solving
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in online teaching tools / smart boards is an advantage
Ability to engage and mentor students effectively

Salary: Up to ₹4– 7LPA (based on experience & demo performance)
