Ensure all departments follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
Prepare, review, and update policies, SOPs, and manuals.
Conduct internal audits and gap analysis.
Coordinate for external audits and accreditation processes.
Maintain records of audits, reports, and corrective actions.
Monitor quality indicators (infection rates, medication errors, etc.).
Track incident reports and ensure timely closure.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for adverse events.
Promote patient safety culture within the hospital.
Conduct training programs on quality standards and protocols.
Educate staff on NABH guidelines, infection control, and safety measures.
Work closely with Infection Control Team.
Monitor infection control practices and compliance.
Assist in surveillance and reporting of hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
Participate in quality improvement projects.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest corrective actions.
Monitor effectiveness of implemented improvements.
Analyze patient feedback and satisfaction data.
Assist in resolving complaints and improving service quality.
Prepare reports on patient satisfaction trends.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Keep updated with healthcare quality standards and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA in HA/Master in Hospital Administration
Certification in Quality (NABH/Internal Auditor) preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital quality department.
Experience in NABH accreditation preferred.
