Design & Planning
Prepare and review MEP design drawings for electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, and other related services.
Develop layout plans, schematic drawings, single line diagrams, and plumbing schematics.
Ensure all MEP designs comply with project requirements, client specifications, and applicable standards/codes.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and project teams to avoid design clashes.

Technical Coordination
Attend design coordination meetings with internal teams and clients.
Support site teams in resolving design-related issues during project execution.
Ensure proper integration of MEP services with civil and interior works.

Estimation & Documentation
Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and quantity take-offs for MEP works.
Assist procurement team in technical evaluation of MEP materials and equipment.
Maintain proper records of revisions, approvals, and design documents.

Site Support
Visit project sites whenever required for design validation and execution support.




Provide technical clarifications to project managers, site engineers, and contractors.
Ensure that actual execution matches approved drawings and specifications.

Skills & Requirements
Valuable knowledge of electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Knowledge of Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with design calculations, BOQ preparation, and technical coordination.
Understanding of relevant codes and standards for MEP design.
Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field.
Relevant experience in MEP design and coordination.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
