Fashion Designer – Bespoke Luxury Fashion Brand

Baya's Nest Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Designer to join our growing team immediately.

Founded by professionals from NIFT and IIM, Baya's Nest is building a next-generation D2C bespoke fashion brand, combining cutting-edge technology, exceptional craftsmanship, and premium quality to redefine the customer experience.

Position: Fashion Designer (Full-Time)
Location: Tollygunge, Kolkata (Near Tollygunge Metro Station)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
CTC: ₹2.5–3.5 Lakhs per annum (based on experience) + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Design seasonal collections aligned with market trends and brand vision.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute recent collection launches.
Create bespoke designs based on individual client requirements and provide style consultation.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure superior quality, fit, and finishing.
Source fabrics, trims,



and accessories required for seasonal collections and bespoke orders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with a business-oriented approach.
Passion for luxury, bespoke fashion, and customer experience.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, growth-driven environment.
