About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Equity & Commodity to lead a team of dealers while ensuring excellent client service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, hands-on experience in equity and commodity trading, and the ability to manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Equity & Commodity Dealers.
Monitor team performance and ensure daily targets are achieved.
Handle and resolve client queries and escalations efficiently.
Guide clients on equity and commodity trading-related processes.
Ensure smooth trade execution and adherence to company policies.
Monitor trade margin utilization and client portfolios.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and MCX guidelines.




Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Train and motivate team members to improve performance and productivity.

Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent client handling and relationship management.
Valuable knowledge of Equity and Commodity markets.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel and trading platforms.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in Equity & Commodity Trading or Broking.
Prior experience in handling a team is mandatory.
Experience in client handling and client relationship management is mandatory.
NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) and NISM Series XVI (Commodity Derivatives) certifications are mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
