Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
Update customer information in the CRM/database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication skills in English and the local language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Solid persuasion, listening, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Pay: ₹8,519.12 - ₹20,000.00 per month
