Role Description
Maintain firewalls to ensure proper security controls are in place.
Daily operational support networks to ensure service is delivered to internal, hosted, and managed service customers.
Implement and maintain information security components in accordance with the established procedures.
Must be customer-service-minded and tactful when dealing with customers.
Understanding of standard information security principles such as confidentiality, integrity, authentication, privacy, and security administration.
Knowledge of AWS, Digital Ocean, Cloud Server, Gmail Configuration and Azure is Advantage.
