Job Title: Research Analyst / Academic Writer (Dissertation & Paper Specialist)

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to support our creative research initiatives at [Ondezx].In this role, you will conduct in-depth research, analyze complex data, and provide actionable insights that enable the organization to make informed decisions and achieve its objectives.

Key Responsibilities (Updated with Math Skills):
Conduct thorough academic research using journals, databases, and credible sources.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable insights.
Write, edit, and proofread dissertations, theses, and research papers with high accuracy.
Ensure proper citation and formatting according to APA, MLA, Chicago, or other academic standards.
Apply mathematical and analytical skills to research problems.
Collaborate with clients or internal teams to clarify research objectives.
Maintain originality, quality, and timely delivery of all assignments.
Stay updated with current research trends and methodologies.
Draft literature reviews and synthesize information from multiple sources.
Develop research questions, hypotheses, and methodologies for assigned topics.
Prepare visual aids such as tables,



charts, and graphs to support research findings.
Conduct feasibility studies and preliminary research for new projects.
Review and provide constructive feedback on drafts or peer research work.
Ensure ethical standards and integrity in data collection and reporting.
Document sources, datasets, and references systematically for future use.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, STEM, Humanities, or Business).
Proven experience in academic research, dissertation writing, or research paper writing.
Robust analytical, critical thinking, and mathematical problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting research findings.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
Familiarity with academic databases and research tools (e.g., JSTOR, PubMed, Google Scholar).
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
