Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace accounts, optimise product listings, and ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, Meesho, Myntra, or other marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
Manage marketplace seller accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, Meesho, etc.).
Create, upload, and optimise product listings.
Perform keyword research and optimise titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates to prevent stock-outs.
Process and track customer orders, returns, and replacements.
Analyse marketplace performance reports and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with the design team for banners, A+ Content, and catalogue creatives.
Handle catalogue issues, listing suppression, and account health.
Work towards improving product visibility and sales performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Required Skills




Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Etsy, or similar marketplaces.
Valuable knowledge of catalogue management and listing optimisation.
Understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimisation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in an E-commerce agency or D2C brand will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
