Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Office Assistant to handle administrative tasks, support basic accounting activities, visit banks for official work, and assist with day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, and other official banking tasks.
Support invoice preparation and maintain accounts-related records.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for accounts-related work.
Maintain office documents and records.
Perform general administrative and office support activities.
Requirements
Intermediate or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in office administration or accounts.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Candidates from nearby Himayatnagar locations are preferred.
Basic knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Willingness to travel locally for bank and office-related work.
Positive communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
