Job Description – BCA Graduate (IT Executive)

Position: IT Executive / Software Support Executive
Qualification: Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and users.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and peripherals.
Develop and maintain basic software applications and websites.
Manage databases and ensure data accuracy and security.
Monitor computer networks and resolve connectivity issues.
Perform system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.
Assist in testing, debugging, and implementing software solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve IT-related issues.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.

Required Skills
Knowledge of C, C++, Java, Python,



or similar programming languages.
Basic understanding of SQL and database management.
Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and computer networking.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience
Freshers are welcome.
0–2 years of experience in IT support, software development, or system administration is preferred.
