Duplex Technologies Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
Plan, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns.
Run and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to produce high-quality content.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with improvement strategies.

Required Skills




Knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media scheduling tools.
Solid communication and content writing skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to create engaging and viral content.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in reel and short-form video content strategy.
Knowledge of SEO, hashtag research, and content optimization.
Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations.
Experience running lead generation campaigns through social media.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent social media knowledge, creativity, and a solid portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
