Develop baseline project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource plans, procurement schedules, and construction programs.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
Prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans for project delays.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Prepare S-Curves, manpower histograms, resource loading, and cash flow forecasts.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure planned progress.
Monitor project productivity and recommend corrective actions.
Support extension of time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and project documentation.
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions.




Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
Coordinate with estimation, procurement, and engineering teams during bid preparation.
Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to tender clarifications.
Analyze project risks, pricing strategies, and bid feasibility.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders.
Maintain tender records, bid history, and cost databases.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
