Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and integration within project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management.
Robust knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration of software components and third-party systems.
