Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers for the role of Academic Counselor. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students regarding courses, admissions, career prospects, and maintaining a positive relationship with students throughout the admission process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities.
Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain admission records.
Explain course details, fee structures, and program benefits.
Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
Maintain and update student databases and reports.
Coordinate with trainers and internal departments when required.
Achieve admission targets and ensure student satisfaction.
Requirements:
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
