Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at project sites. The role involves managing in office activities, ensuring work is completed on time, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is executed as per approved plans and timelines
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow
Monitor project progress and report updates to management
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
Inspect work quality and ensure standards are maintained
Manage material usage and inventory at site
Resolve in office issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain proper documentation (daily reports, attendance, site logs, etc.)




Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget constraints

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
2–5 years of experience in site supervision (construction/interiors preferred)
Robust understanding of construction processes and safety standards
Positive leadership and team management skills
Basic knowledge of drawings, layouts, and project planning
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
