Job Description
Excellent Communication and Written Skills in English.
Proficiency in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.
Maintain quarterly conversion rate from daily meetings and calls.
Submitting all suitable RFP, EOI and online proposals for current business acquisition.
Updating of pipeline of new client’s sheet weekly.
Updating the immediate supervisor about the previous day’s activities for business development at the beginning of next day.
Meeting all potential clients including Govt & PSU and onboard current business for SIPL
BDM must generate database of the new clients and drive the business development process according to the need of the organisation.
Maintaining robust relationship with the existing as well as new clients for business development.
