Position: Voice Process Executive

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
Maximum Age: 35 years
Fluent verbal communication skills in Bengali and Hindi
Positive interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge is preferred
Freshers as well as experienced candidates are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional manner.
Respond to customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.




Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
Meet assigned productivity and performance targets.
