Cluster Head – Residential Sales

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm
Prior experience handling qualified Google leads is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Property Consultants/Sales Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Drive sales of luxury and premium residential projects from leading A-category builders.
Ensure prompt lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Monitor team performance through regular reviews, coaching, and training.
Develop sales strategies to maximize conversions from qualified Google leads.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, developers, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Motivate the team to consistently achieve business goals and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner firm.




Proven experience in handling and converting Google-generated leads.
Strong understanding of the residential real estate sales cycle.
Experience in team handling and target-driven sales management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
