AJICT is expanding its team and hiring Tele appointees to drive our real estate appointment process.

We’re Hiring: Tele appointee
Position: Tele appointee
Salary: Starting from ₹20,000 per month
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift Timing: 05:30 AM – 02:00 PM
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:




Booking appointments for real estate services
Handling both inbound and outbound calls
Coordinating with clients and maintaining follow-ups
Schedule and confirm appointments for real estate clients
Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversions

Requirements:
Experience in real estate appointment setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with high-volume calling and targets
Strong discipline and punctuality (early shift role)
